Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time New York Case Qualification Specialist will review exception cases, assess injuries and liability, communicate empathetically with prospective clients, and provide recommendations to managing attorneys while documenting all interactions in the firm's systems.
Key responsibilities
- Review exception cases and evaluate injuries, liability, and potential red flags
- Engage with prospective clients and families, asking insightful follow-up questions
- Document case details in intake systems and recommend improvements based on intake call reviews
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of personal injury law experience
- Experience with construction accident and New York Labor Law cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with injured clients and families
- Proven critical thinking abilities and attention to detail
- Consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment
