Job Summary
Managing SEC reporting staff, the Senior Financial Reporting Manager will ensure compliance with reporting requirements, prepare public filings, and collaborate with investor relations, all while working remotely in a permanent role based in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage SEC reporting staff to ensure adherence to reporting requirements and timelines
- Prepare and review public filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, while managing the SEC process
- Communicate with external and internal auditors regarding financial reporting matters
Required qualifications
- CPA with a minimum of 8 years of public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting experience
- Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, SEC regulations, and XBRL
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred
- Familiarity with the Workiva system is preferred
