Job Summary
Seeking a mid- to senior-level New York Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will manage insurance coverage litigation and advisory matters while representing clients in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of insurance coverage litigation and advisory matters, providing strategic legal advice
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts while collaborating with attorneys and clients on complex coverage matters
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school, with a graduation year of 2021 or earlier
- Mid- to senior-level legal experience focused on insurance coverage
- Experience litigating in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage matters while working effectively as part of a team
