Job Summary
To support families in need, the remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in New York will manage caseloads of 8-10 families, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- New York Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- 1+ years of experience in ABA
- Medicaid ID from New York State
