Job Summary

Managing advanced automobile accident claims, the fully remote New York Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims for soft tissue to moderate-severity injuries.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Conducts thorough investigations into coverage, liability, and damages of advanced auto claims
• Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims while identifying customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Active New York adjuster's license preferred
• Experience handling bodily injury claims
• Ability to interpret policy language and identify coverage issues
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud potential
• Located in the eastern or central time zone states
