New York Licensed Cardiac Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual cardiac rehabilitation program, the full-time New York Licensed Cardiac Specialist will monitor patient vitals, manage RPM practices, and ensure smooth clinical operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review RPM vitals dashboard daily, initiate patient outreach for abnormal readings, and log CCM time in eClinicalWorks
• Onboard new patients into the RPM program, providing device education and managing a panel of enrolled patients
• Oversee ordering and inventory management of connected devices and ancillary materials for the RPM program

Required qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of MA experience in a clinical, telehealth, or care management setting
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks for documentation and care plan management
• Experience in cardiology or a cardiac-focused telehealth setting
• Familiarity with CCM/RPM CPT coding preferred
