Job Summary
Seeking a New York Licensed Child Therapist, this independent contractor opportunity allows for remote, flexible work while providing evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, and individualized care plans for children and adolescents aged 5-17+.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy and clinical assessments, including diagnosis and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized care plans based on clients' developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Coordinate care with parents, guardians, and educational professionals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure in New York as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Authorization to independently provide clinical services within New York
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention
