Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims in New York, utilizing claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Interact with various stakeholders involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience
• Active New York Adjusters' license or reciprocal license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
