Job Summary

Analyzing New York Lost-Time claims, the full-time New York Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients, with a hybrid work option available for those within commuting distance to Syracuse, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• New York jurisdiction knowledge and licensing required
