Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and performance of the assigned claims unit
- Review and approve claim evaluations, reserve changes, and payments within assigned authority
- Conduct compliance audits and lead training sessions on claims procedures and regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of related automobile claims experience
- Valid New York adjuster license and any other required state licenses
- Strong knowledge of New York automobile and No-Fault claims, including Article 51 and Regulation 68
- Previous claims leadership or supervisory experience
