Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the full-time New York Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remote.

- Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service and manage various caseloads
- Guide the claims team in accordance with Gallagher's Best Practices and promote continuous improvement
- Oversee adjuster hiring and training, setting team goals and managing workloads for optimal efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed in New York for handling claims
- Prior supervisory experience of 1-2+ years
- Knowledge of team member related functions
