Leading a liability claims team, the fully remote New York Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and manage workloads while driving talent development and client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Guide the team in accordance with Gallagher's Best Practices for claims handling
- Manage workloads and define team goals to enhance efficiency and performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Claims background in auto/trucking with no fault, BI, and UM/UIM experience
- Prior leadership experience managing large losses
