Job Summary
Supervising a remote team of claims adjusters, the full-time New York Licensed Claims Supervisor will lead a liability claims team, promote best practices, and drive talent development while managing workloads and enhancing service efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and encourage a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service
- Guide the team in handling claims according to best practices
- Manage adjuster hiring, training, and performance to foster continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Claims background in auto/trucking, including no fault, BI, and UM/UIM experience
- Prior leadership experience managing large losses
