New York Licensed Client Service Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote New York Licensed Client Service Associate will support a growing wealth advisory team by managing meeting preparations, overseeing business processing, and supporting trades and transactions while working Eastern Time Zone hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all pre- and post-meeting tasks are completed, including agenda creation and action item tracking
• Manage and oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy in client transactions
• Support and process trades while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services operations
• Required licenses (series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain them within six months
• Familiarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
