Job Summary
To enhance clinical services across community programs, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Director will design and implement clinical operations workflows, establish quality standards, and oversee compliance while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end clinical operations workflows, including intake and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality across all sites
- Manage patient access clinical review processes and oversee appeals and denials to improve reimbursement outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical or healthcare operations
- 3+ years of experience with clinical workflows through direct clinical experience or collaboration with clinical teams
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Active clinical licensure in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) required
- Preferred Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
