Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Manager in New York, the position will manage a team of clinicians, provide therapy sessions, and develop community referral relationships within a private-pay behavioral health practice.
Key responsibilities
- Provide approximately 20-25 therapy sessions per week
- Build, lead, and manage a team of clinicians at the Westchester office
- Develop referral relationships with professionals and organizations in the local community
Required qualifications
- Active New York LCSW license
- Experience working in private practice and providing clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians
- Training in an evidence-based modality such as DBT, EMDR, Gottman, or ART
- Prior management experience or interest in developing leadership skills
- Motivation to deepen clinical specialization over time
