New York Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support quality measures for Essential Plan and Medicare populations, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct provider and member outreach, assist with medication adherence initiatives, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support initiatives to resolve gaps in care through outreach and collaboration with providers
- Provide clinical pharmacy support to pharmacy technicians and assist in improving medication adherence
- Maintain compliance with all State and Federal agencies and oversee quality measures
Required qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist with a state license in good standing
- Experience in clinical communication that is clear and professional
- Knowledge of specialty pharmaceuticals and billing practices
- Ability to precept Pharmacy Residents and Students
