Job Summary
Seeking a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker, the full-time or part-time position will provide teletherapy for behavioral health conditions such as depression and anxiety, managing a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with patients, families, and teams to address treatment obstacles and respond to urgent needs
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work is required
- New York Clinical Social Worker licensure is mandatory
- Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients is essential
- Must possess a Medicaid Provider Number
