Job Summary
To support a growing Behavioral Health Program, a New York Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) will provide comprehensive behavioral health services for common conditions in primary care, working hybrid with required in-person Saturdays and flexible remote options.
Key responsibilities
- Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly, ensuring timely documentation and treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Relevant therapist license in New York (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of health
- Experience providing teletherapy preferred
