Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor distressed commercial real estate loans, assessing collateral performance and borrower conditions
- Develop and execute strategies for loan modifications, restructurings, and other workout solutions
- Prepare credit memoranda and action plans for management approval and lead negotiations with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in commercial real estate workouts or credit risk management
- Deep understanding of commercial loan documentation and mezzanine financing
- Extensive experience analyzing property financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with loan servicing or risk management systems
