Handling complex contents claims virtually, the fully remote New York Licensed Contents Adjuster will conduct thorough coverage investigations, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with onsite vendors using advanced video technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated claims files and conduct detailed investigations to determine coverage
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standards

Required qualifications

• New York state adjuster license
• Experience in handling property claims, particularly complex contents claims
• Familiarity with advanced video technology for virtual collaboration
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to communicate effectively through various channels, including phone and video chat
