Handling complex contents claims virtually, the fully remote New York Licensed Contents Adjuster will conduct thorough coverage investigations, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with onsite vendors using advanced video technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated claims files and conduct detailed coverage investigations
• Communicate empathetically with customers throughout the claims process
• Negotiate claim settlements and coordinate with structure adjusters for holistic claim handling

Required qualifications

• New York or New Jersey Adjuster license
• Experience in handling property claims, particularly complex contents claims
• Proficiency in using video technology for virtual collaboration
