New York Licensed Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
To support its growing Technology, Shopping, and Entertainment division, a full-time New York Licensed Corporate Counsel will negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and provide strategic legal advice while working remotely with the option to utilize a company office.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor and revenue-generating contracts
- Develop and maintain knowledge of legal developments relevant to the business and provide practical legal advice
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to assist the business in achieving its objectives
Required qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- State bar membership in good standing
- 2-4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm and/or comparable in-house legal department
