Job Summary
To support a growing Cross-Border practice group, the full-time New York Licensed Cross-Border Counsel will provide global employment advice and counsel to multinational companies, focusing on a range of international employment issues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on various labor and employment issues unique to global workforces
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing business-centric legal advice
- Participate in writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities, including podcasts and symposiums
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in New York
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant employment law experience
- Experience in providing advice and counsel, in-house work, or management-side employment litigation
- Fluency in a language other than English is a strong plus
- Proficiency in virtual communication and project management technology platforms
