Job Summary
Leading a team to enhance clinical and revenue-cycle operations, the full-time remote New York Licensed EHR Director will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of revenue-cycle modules integrated with eRecord (Epic) EHR, ensuring optimized system functionality and alignment with business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and supervise staff and resources for efficient clinical and revenue-cycle operations
- Oversee the Revenue Cycle Advisory Council and act as an IT partner for Billing Directors and CFOs
- Manage technology operations and projects across URochester Medicine, fostering team development and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience required
- 3 years of experience with Epic application preferred
- Experience in an academic medical center or health system preferred
- EPIC Certification upon hire required
