Job Summary
To enhance patient engagement within a healthcare organization, the remote Epic Care Companion Analyst will design, configure, implement, and support Epic Care Companion workflows, focusing on various patient populations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure Epic Care Companion workflows tailored to different patient populations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and technical teams to ensure effective workflow configuration and troubleshooting
- Support the implementation of care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders within the Epic system
Required qualifications
- Active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Epic build experience
- Experience in configuring Epic Care Companion workflows
- Proficiency in developing care plans and educational materials
- Background in supporting multiple patient populations, including pregnancy and chronic disease care
