Job Summary
To support a New York client, the contract Epic Resolute HB Analyst / Principal Trainer will maintain and optimize Epic HB workflows, support hospital billing processes, and develop training materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Epic HB workflows, focusing on CDM and Charge Router
- Support build, updates, and issue resolution related to hospital billing
- Develop and deliver end-user training while creating and maintaining training materials
Required qualifications
- Current Epic Resolute HB certification with documentation at time of submittal
- 3-5 years of experience in building, optimizing, and supporting Epic Resolute HB CDM/Charging Workflows
- Ability to work remotely as part of a team
