New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing team, the full-time hourly New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal will manage foreclosure cases from referral to conclusion, draft legal documents, and maintain client communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- E-file with various court systems and maintain client and case files
- Organize and archive documents related to ongoing and completed litigations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
- Broad knowledge of real estate default services
- Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
- Superior organizational, research, and writing skills
- Able to manage a heavy workload and work independently under pressure
