Job Summary
To support portfolio oversight and manager evaluation in the Alternatives and Non-Core portfolios, the full-time New York Licensed Investment Associate will manage external manager monitoring, asset modeling, and performance analysis while collaborating with the investment team remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor existing external managers and investments, producing quarterly updates and performance measurements
- Develop and maintain asset models and financial plan projections for assigned investments
- Execute manager due diligence and prepare investment recommendation materials for the Investment Committee
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in an institutional investment role focused on alternative strategies
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Progress toward CFA and/or CAIA designations is preferred
- Deep understanding of non-core asset classes and investment management principles
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and performance measurement metrics
