Key responsibilities
- Manage general liability litigation cases, particularly in Construction Law and NYS Labor Law
- Provide legal counseling and representation with a commitment to superior client service
- Handle cases from inception to resolution, demonstrating strong writing, analysis, and research skills
Required qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York; additional admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability litigation
- Solid knowledge of applicable laws, particularly NYS Labor Law 200, 240, and 241
- Proven skills in legal writing, analysis, and research
- Trial experience preferred but not required
