Job Summary
Reviewing and approving Power of Attorney (POA) documentation, the temporary Legal Analyst will support mortgage and entity review processes while working remotely from November 3, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve Power of Attorney documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Partner with legal, underwriting, and relationship management teams during loan origination
- Assist with mortgage-related document reviews and support entity review functions as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, mortgage closing, or related mortgage operations
- Strong understanding of Power of Attorney documents and the mortgage loan lifecycle
- Knowledge of mortgage documents, title commitments, and real estate closing processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based environments
