New York Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To combat insurance fraud, the fully remote New York Licensed Litigation Attorney will utilize litigation and investigative skills to research, prepare, and litigate fraud cases, including RICO-based actions, while collaborating with the Claims/Special Investigation Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Claims/Special Investigation Unit (SIU) to combat fraudulent claims
• Research, prepare, file, and litigate fraud cases, including RICO and other Affirmative Actions
• Develop litigation strategies and draft legal documents such as motions and briefs

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 4 or more years of litigation experience
• Federal Court Admission or the ability to seek admission upon selection
• Proficient in legal research and writing, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage intermediate-level litigation matters
