Seeking a New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage the supervision and training of paralegal staff, develop tailored discovery strategies, and draft comprehensive legal documents in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and prepare precise jury charges
- Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and motions for state and federal court cases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
- Proven ability to independently develop legal strategies and draft discovery requests
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
