Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Master Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology for remote sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid New York state licensure as a Master Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a private work-from-home environment for patient confidentiality
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment planning
