New York Licensed Menopause Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing network of midlife providers, the part-time New York Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, and develop treatment plans for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause in a remote, independent contractor role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients, assessing symptoms and developing treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, when clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• An active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in New York
• A minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits
