Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a mission focused on expanding access to mental health treatment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients using telehealth technology
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in a relevant field and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D)
- Must possess Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with telehealth software and technology for remote service delivery
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
