New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, maintain a diverse caseload, and engage in peer consultations and training from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions while managing a varied clinical caseload
• Assign digital resources and monitor client progress between sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve care delivery

Required qualifications:

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
• Ability to manage clinical crises and provide telehealth services effectively
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
