Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time New York Licensed Pathways Physician will receive mentorship, enhance their training experience, and learn to operate within a value-based care model while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a customized program that includes exposure to primary and specialty care
• Engage in population health initiatives and the Quadruple Aim framework
• Collaborate with experienced physicians to ease the transition from training into practice

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
