Job Summary
To support public sector clients, the full-time New York Licensed Principal Architect will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and govern cloud strategies while building trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders in New York's state and local government agencies, with a focus on delivering business value through Google Cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted advisory relationships with accounts and engage with senior technical stakeholders to identify customer priorities and design strategies
- Provide domain expertise in public cloud and enterprise technology, promoting Google Cloud solutions to public sector customers
- Make recommendations on integration strategies and enterprise architectures while optimizing Google Cloud effectiveness for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or in a customer-facing role
- Experience with state, local, and higher education markets in New York
- Expertise in cloud market insights and cloud computing across various applications and infrastructures
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
