Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on women's mental health, the part-time remote New York Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide patient-centered care, particularly in areas such as fertility, pregnancy, and menopause.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses based on assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication prescriptions and therapy interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and monitor treatment progress
Required qualifications
- Valid and active New York Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license
- Valid and active New York DEA (with schedules 2-5)
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in women's health or perinatal mental health
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
