New York Licensed Psychiatric Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote New York Licensed Psychiatric Supervisor will support the Psychiatric Prescriber team through coaching, training, and performance management while ensuring adherence to clinical and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Psychiatric Prescriber team, addressing day-to-day operational issues and provider performance
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new Psychiatric Prescribers, while monitoring key performance metrics
• Act as a liaison between Psychiatric Prescribers and clinical leadership, facilitating communication and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or training healthcare professionals in a behavioral health environment
• Direct clinical experience in behavioral or mental healthcare, with knowledge of psychiatric care delivery
• PMHNP-BC certification required
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience in managing provider scheduling and performance expectations
