New York Licensed Psychotherapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Psychotherapist will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families, while working remotely and managing a minimum of 25 completed sessions per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain case notes, logs, and all required documentation in accordance with practice policies
• Participate in individual and group supervision while assisting in the creation of workshops and training opportunities

Required qualifications

• Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
• Experience in implementing modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
• Commit to a minimum of 3 years with the practice
• Demonstrated success in providing therapy for sexual-related issues
