Job Summary

To support a growing Medicaid business, the remote Registered Dietitian (Medicaid) Bilingual Spanish/English will conduct clinical assessments, manage referrals, and provide individualized nutrition counseling for Medicaid beneficiaries across New York State.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries referred for nutrition counseling and services
• Manage and follow up on existing Medicaid referrals, ensuring timely engagement and documentation
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling, education, and care planning tailored to patient needs and goals

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Credentialed and authorized to practice in New York State
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong clinical judgment and patient counseling skills
• Ability to manage caseloads independently in a fast-paced environment
