Job Summary

To support a growing Medicaid business, the remote New York Licensed Registered Dietitian will conduct clinical assessments, provide individualized nutrition counseling, and manage referrals for Medicaid beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries referred for nutrition counseling and services
• Manage and follow up on existing Medicaid referrals, ensuring timely engagement and documentation
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling, education, and care planning tailored to patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Credentialed and authorized to practice in New York State
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or Cantonese
• Strong clinical judgment and patient counseling skills
• Ability to manage caseloads independently in a fast-paced environment
