Job Summary
To support a 10-month project in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regions, a Temporary New York Licensed Safety Specialist will facilitate the implementation of a standardized safety improvement process across multiple branches, produce regional reports, and analyze safety data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of a standardized safety improvement process to ensure understanding and accountability among operational partners
- Produce recurring regional and branch-level reports using approved reporting formats and analyze safety data for insights and trends
- Coach branch and general managers on executing the safety improvement process and participate in regular quality reviews and program refresh activities
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Safety, Emergency Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field, or military safety-related experience
- Minimum of three years of safety or quality-related management experience
- Minimum of three years of operations safety experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective safety process management principles and techniques
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and data analysis skills
