To support effective claims management, the fully remote New York Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience, specifically in workers' compensation
- Active Adjusters' license in New York or reciprocal states
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
