Job Summary

Managing high-exposure and litigated auto liability claims from inception through resolution, the fully remote New York Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, negotiate settlements, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
