Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Supervising Therapist will provide clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with board requirements while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure
- Guide associates through clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize a flexible supervision structure, setting your own schedule and approach to supervision
Required qualifications
- Valid license in good standing in New York with board approval to provide clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements
