Job Summary
To support a financial services client, the full-time Interim Counsel - Tech Transactions will lead negotiations of complex commercial agreements related to technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, with a hybrid work arrangement available for candidates in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate SaaS/hosted services agreements, statements of work, and related operational risk terms
- Support enterprise technology functions, including cybersecurity, resiliency, and data use agreements
- Manage legal aspects of supplier/vendor procurement agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships
Required qualifications
- Must be a New York Licensed Tech Transactions Attorney in good standing
- Experience in negotiating technology-related commercial agreements
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, and operational risk management
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with preference given to local candidates
- Admitted to practice law in a US jurisdiction
