New York Licensed Telehealth Nurse

Job Summary

Supporting hospitals and healthcare partners nationwide, the remote Telehealth Clinical Resource Nurse will monitor patient status, facilitate clinical escalation, and provide real-time consultation, focusing on proactive patient care without the physical demands of bedside nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status remotely using advanced telehealth technology and electronic health record systems
• Identify changes in patient condition and facilitate appropriate clinical escalation and intervention
• Support bedside clinicians through real-time clinical consultation and workflow guidance

Required Qualifications

• Active unencumbered Compact RN license and active NY license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum five (5) years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience in ICU, step-down, emergency, or progressive care environments strongly preferred
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
